|The Board of Directors of the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) warmly invites business leaders of SGTech to a dinner event.
Error 409, though not as well-known as Error 404, is an error that occurs when conflicts happen in a network. When such conflicts are not resolved in a connected world like ours, this can lead to possible disputes and loss of business and credibility. Translated into our world, resolutions to disputes are certainly critical, and the use of mediation can help parties to manage this more cost-effectively and efficiently.
The Unfolding Conversations series explores how business leaders can harness the benefits of mediation for their disputes in today’s complex and challenging business landscape. The event will feature a mock mediation based on a real dispute involving a technology contract, followed by a panel discussion featuring distinguished industry experts including Mr Saw Ken Wye, Chairman of SGTech and Chief Executive Officer of CrimsonLogic, Ms Veronica Lai, General Counsel & Company Secretary of StarHub Ltd and Ms Joyce A. Tan, Managing Director of Joyce A. Tan & Partners LLC. The panel will analyse trends and share perspectives on how alternative dispute resolution can help to manage disputes in today’s dynamic business environment.
Participants will be seated on a first-come-first-served basis, registration will be cut off once all seats have been filled.
